Fasting - Day 1

The first day was really easy to be honest. I kept myself busy by finishing up all the admin work for my Peterborough event, did some errands, took a eucalyptus bath and took the kids for a nice long walk at Bayfront park and Pier 4 park in Hamilton.

As far as exercise goes, I did 20 push ups and a farmers walk with 270 pounds to keep the muscles stimulated. Our walk at bayfront added 8,000 steps to my day.

I drank a ton of water and lots of electrolytes but still had dark pee by the end of the day.

I slept a good 7 hours before waking up, and woke up with a really bad headache which is fairly normal when starting a fast so I drank a bunch of water with an Advil and some electrolytes.

Today I'll be washing a bunch of linen for the events, working on my Kingston event and taking a walk if the weather gets better.
