Doing a 40 day fast

I once did a 21 day fast in 2021 and I felt amazing after the fast. I lost about 30 pounds which I eventually gained back but that experience was amazing.
I'm now going to try and attempt a 40 day fast to fast track my weightloss journey, to clear my mind, eliminate my addiction to sugar and carbs and reset my metabolism.
Day 1 and 2 are usually the hardest parts of fasting, so I'm going to keep myself busy so I'm not constantly thinking about food throughout the day.
