40+ Day Fast - Day 3

I had to stop my fast on Saturday. It sucked but I just couldn't do it. On event days, I often work hard the day before to get everything ready for the event and then on the day of the event, it's a good 20+ hours of non-stop activity. According to my Fitbit, I did 36,000 steps and I was just feeling horrible by mid afternoon.
I had a headache most of the day that wouldn't go away, I felt really dehydrated most of the day regardless of how much water I was drinking and I was starting to feel nauseous by 3:00 PM. With another 10 hours to go, I had no choice but to eat some food. A hour later my headache was gone and I was feeling a little better.
I think during festival season, long fasts are just not the right thing to do because of the stress and workload an event puts on my mind and body.
I have switched it up to OMAD until the festival season is over. I'll avoid sugars and drink only water till then and try another fast in Late May.
